Scarsdale resident James Weil, isn't loved by many people, and certainly not the Scarsdale residents' neighbors. Neighbors report that James is "money hungry" and that he tends to steal money from local kids at their bus stops as they wait for their school buses to arrive. This isn't all his neighbors had to say about James, also mentioning a recent story of James attacking and injuring a young boy, around the age of 7 that fell on his bike on James yard. After plenty of interviews, neighbors had many different names for Mr. Weil, but the most common one seemed to be James "Dirty Pig" Weil.
